*Featured Service- Adoption Evaluations

In circumstances in which individuals are seeking to adopt a child that is already residing in the home full-time, an
adoption
evaluation is conducted. This instrument evaluates the circumstances and condition of the child, the petitioners, and the
adoptive home environment.  The evaluation will include interviews with everyone who resides in the home and personal references and the collection of collateral information.

The evaluation provides the Court with a source of impartial, objective information to determine whether an adoption is in the child's best interest. A court order must be signed designating Mrs. Cleveland as the adoption evaluator and fee paid before work commences. Adoption evaluations are completed within 60 days of receiving the court order and payment. Mrs. Cleveland has completed 170+ adoption evaluations and 180+ child custody evaluations. She meets the qualifications as an adoption evaluator in the Texas Family Code, Chapter 107, Subchapter E.

The fees for adoption evaluations are available upon request.
