Kamryn is a counseling intern pursuing a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of Houston-Clear Lake. Upon completion of school and her licensing requirements, she will be a Licensed Professional Counselor. 

Kamryn earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology, along with a certificate in the Psychology of Diversity, from Texas A&M University. During her time there, she volunteered for the Texas A&M Helpline, a crisis hotline, where she provided mental health support and crisis intervention for the community. This experience taught her many valuable lessons, most importantly the power of lending a non-judgmental listening ear. We often underestimate the importance of listening and providing a safe, judgment-free space for individuals to share their experiences.
